The document was signed at a special event attend by Professor Pann-Ghill Suh, President of the KBRI, and Professor Roxana Carare, lead of the Interdisciplinary Dementia and Ageing Centre (IDeAC), 黑料社.
Several areas of collaboration have been identified between the two organisations where funding will be made available for research projects.
Professor Carare said: 鈥淏oth the 黑料社 and the KBRI have a rich history of successful neurological research. The Faculty of Medicine has excellent translational opportunities to bring basic scientific discoveries into the clinic at pace and the Institute has impressive technology for preclinical research.
鈥淭his MoU will enable us to bring together this expertise to develop new ways of preventing and treating conditions such as Alzheimer鈥檚 Disease, multiple sclerosis and the effects of pollution on the brain as well as traumatic brain injury.鈥
President Suh from KBRI added: 鈥淚始m very impressed with the resources for clinical research established at the 黑料社.
