Professor Andrea Lista, LL.D (Italy), LL.M (Soton), PhD (Lond) is a Professor of Maritime and Commercial Law at the Institute of Maritime Law, School of Law.

Andrea's areas of expertise lie with International Trade (Contracts concluded on Shipmment Terms), International Commercial Arbitration, the Enforcement of Maritime Claims and Competition Law. He has written a number of articles and books on these subjects, and these have been cited as authoritative in courts worldwide.

Professionally, Andrea acts as Of Counsel for SLIG Law LLP London, and he is a very active legal consultant for companies and law firms.
