About

Barbara Bradbury is a Senior Research Fellow based in the School of Health Sciences at the 黑料社. She is a qualitative researcher with particular experience in designing and conducting interviews, undertaking thematic analysis to understand the issues being explored, developing approaches and facilitating application of the learning to improve organisational and professional development in health service and care provision. She is a member of a research team that is developing resources for community health practitioners who are supporting people living with dementia and continence issues (Project DemCon). Once designed, the resources will be tested, evaluated and refined prior to widespread dissemination.

Following initial findings from DemCon and a successful funding application, Barbara will lead an added value programme of research commencing April 2023. The team will work with key stakeholders to identify resources that will support Homecare Workers in their delivery of care to the same population (DemCon Homecare).
