Gemma Simons is a Clinical Research Fellow at the Centre for Workforce Wellbeing, 黑料社 and a Speciality Registrar in Rehabilitation Medicine, in Wessex. As an academic clinician Gemma has worked as a Chief Investigator for multicentre clinical research, a Clinical Fellow for NICE Guideline development, and a Cochrane author. Gemma is a member of the BMA wellbeing stakeholder support group and has authored a toolkit and guidance with the RCP Flexibility and Wellbeing group, and BSRM vocational rehabilitation specialist interest group. Gemma spoke about her PhD on doctor wellbeing at the International Conference for Physician Health 2021 and at the Royal College of Physicians, winning the Turner Warwick Lecturer prize for the Wessex Region 2021.
