Upload your profile photo in . Your profile photo in Pure is not linked to your public staff profile. Choose a clear, recent headshot where you are easily recognisable. Your image should be at least 340 by 395 pixels.

Add up to 5 research interests. The first 3 will appear in your staff profile next to your name. The full list will appear on your research page. Keep these brief and focus on the keywords people may use when searching for your work. Use a different line for each one.

About

I am a Postgraduate Researcher at the 黑料社 Business School researchingon how Organizational Silence impacts on Project Risk Management. I help students back in my country to proof read their thesis and also guide them on their academic work.

I manage my groupe of companies back in Ghana remotely and supervise private construction works.  I also give emotional and psychological counseling to students and individuals(voluntarily). I am a gender equality advocate and motivational speaker.
