Nouha joined Southampton Business School, ºÚÁÏÉç in 2021 as a Teaching Fellow in Accounting and Taxation.
Nouha's research focuses on taxation, educational leadership and accounting education.

Before joining the ºÚÁÏÉç, Nouha worked as an Accounting Lecturer in leading UK Colleges. She has been a Certified Public Accountant since 2005, a Fellow of the Association of International Accountants and obtained Qualified Teacher status in England and Wales. Her research focuses on taxation, educational leadership and accounting education.
In addition to her academic background, Nouha worked in the accounting profession for three years as a Tax Assistant Manager. Nouha has been awarded four prestigious awards during her career as a Lecturer.
