David Shipley is a postgraduate researcher and carceral criminologist based at the 黑料社. David鈥檚 research focuses on the impact of parental imprisonment on children. In particular he is interested in the impact of shame and stigma on this group ,and how the narratives they, their families and society constructs may inform and affect the experience of parental imprisonment. David writes on prison issues for the Spectator, CapX and Inside Time. He regularly appears as an expert on BBC Radio, LBC and TalkTV when prison is in the news.
