Meta-analysis of leadership. This research direction involves the application of meta-analysis to leadership studies, offering a broader spectrum of research evidence and data. It aids researchers in gaining a deeper understanding of the essence and trends of leadership, thereby providing more effective support for policy formulation and practice.
Statistical modelling and data science in management. The primary objective of this direction is to uncover and leverage patterns and trends within management data, extracting valuable insights and developing methodologies for applying interpretive and predictive models to explain and forecast managerial phenomena.
Behavioural operations management. Behavioural Operations Management is an interdisciplinary field that integrates knowledge from various domains, including organizational behavior, consumer behaviour, and operations management. Its aim is to comprehensively study human behavioral patterns, design and implement strategies and solutions that influence human behavior, thus achieving the optimization of business objectives and societal benefits.
Big data, artificial intelligence and management. The potential benefits of artificial intelligence in business management have positioned it as a crucial area of focus for companies striving to maintain competitiveness in today's digital economy. Research in this direction empowers companies to automate processes, optimize operations, and derive insights from data.

Professor Yucheng (Eason) Zhang is a Full-Professor at Southampton Business School, ��. He is also an Associate Editor for the journal “Business Ethics: A European Review”. He has served as an Editorial Board Member for various journals, such as “Journal of Business Ethics”, “Journal of Vocational Behavior”. He has been a Reviewer for many journals in the management field, including Journal of Management, Journal of Applied Psychology, and others. His research has published in more than 50 articles in leading international journals such as Journal of Management, Journal of Applied Psychology. In addition, he is an independent musician who enjoys creating and performing music.
