Event details

We are delighted to invite you to the launch of the Digital Interventions Group (DIG) at the ºÚÁÏÉç on Wednesday 14th June, 13.30 – 16.00.

The Digital Interventions Group (DIG) aims to support any research and teaching across the University that uses digital technology to improve health and wellbeing. You can find out more about DIG here: .

DIG has already successfully supported many research projects across the University in several ways, including:

  • Developing apps and websites to help change people’s behaviour
  • Creating digital software and platforms to develop and trial healthcare interventions
  • Supporting the successful implementation of digital interventions (often in collaboration with industry partners).

The aim of the launch event will be to connect with people working in this space throughout the University, and to discuss our common interests - the majority of the session will be devoted to discussing what all participants would like DIG to offer them (over plenty of refreshments!).

The in-person launch event will take place on Wednesday 14th June, 13.30 – 16.00 . Please let us know if you intend to join us by using this Eventbrite link: . A more detailed agenda is available on Eventbrite.

If you have any questions, please let us know by emailing dig@soton.ac.uk

Many thanks

Professor Lucy Yardley and Dr Ben Ainsworth
