Title: The quest for string scattering amplitudes
Abstract: I will briefly review why it is important and interesting to compute scattering amplitudes in string theory. Then I will show some recent computations that extended our knowledge about string perturbation theory and discuss some of the techniques that allowed these computations to be performed.
